Terms & Conditions

• Services & Fees — Website builds are AUD $1,000 (includes 3-year domain registration & protection). Change requests are billed at AUD $50/hour. Hosting is not included unless agreed separately.
• Payment — Full payment is required before handover. A non-refundable 50% deposit applies if a project is cancelled before completion. No refunds after delivery.
• Ownership — After full payment, the Client owns the final website design and content (excluding third-party licensed material). Imperium Sites may showcase completed work in portfolio/marketing.
• Liability — Imperium Sites is not responsible for downtime, third-party issues, or outcomes such as sales/SEO performance. Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.

Privacy Policy

• Information Collected — We may collect personal details such as your name, email address, and project information through our contact form.
• Use of Information — Information is used only to communicate with you, provide quotes, and deliver agreed services. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data.
• Data Security — We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. However, no method of online transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
• Sharing — Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law, or to trusted providers needed to deliver your project (e.g., domain registrar).
• Your Rights — You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@imperiumsites.com.
